Be part of the Government KICKSTART SCHEME in partnership with Wise Employment

The KICKSTART SCHEME is a £2 billion fund to create hundreds of thousands of 6-month work placements for young people aged 16 to 24.

How will it benefit my company?

The government will cover 100% of the relevant National Minimum Wage for 25 hours a week, plus the associated employer National Insurance contributions and minimum employer pension costs for 6 months. You can also claim up to £1,000 per placement towards training and set up costs

Through the scheme, you’ll be able to access a large pool of young people with potential, ready for an opportunity. You will interview the applicants and select the

best one for your role.
