Happy People Providing Smart Recruitment with Great Feedback

 Violeta and John moved to Yeovil from Weymouth, and both required employment. 

Smart's Yeovil team immediately went about helping John, and found him a temporary but ongoing manufacturing job at a local engineering company in Crewkerne. He was really happy with his new role, and the job that the team had done for him, so recommended that his wife Violeta used the same service to help with her job search. 

Violeta's CV was speculatively submitted to a company who often look for sewing machinists, something that she had a lot of experience doing. A week later, she was offered an immediate permanent position with the company!!! 

 After 6 months of temporary work, John has recently been offered a permanent position at the same company he started at with Smart Recruitment - this is down to his hard work and his ability to prove his worth to his new employer - he beat competition from 9 other internal applicants - well done John!
