Yeovil Update

Yeovil branch has finished off the week having achieved 531 Miles and raising an amazing £1,517.04 for Children’s Hospice South West!

On Thursday the Yeovil Tesco Express had the bike back for a 2nd time which raised a further £212.05 in donations and clocked up 30 miles!!

Again, a massive thank you to the Tesco Express Team and the Tesco shoppers for helping to raise so much money. Tomorrow, Saturday 11th, the bike will have its last outing for the Yeovil branch when it visits the Victoria Sports Football Club. If anyone would like to come down and have a go at the “Fastest Mile Challenge” on the bike or just pedal to clock up the miles then please come down to the Victoria Club in Street.

The bike moves to Smart Recruitment Solution in Dorchester on Monday the 13th March.

Dorchester branch already have activities planned. If you are in the Dorchester area then please come down to support them!

Wednesday 15th – Dorchester Market

Thursday 16th – Outside Weymouth Debenhams on New Bond Street,

Dorchester – we are challenging people to take part in the “Fastest Mile Challenge”! The bike will also be in the Smart offices at: 57 High W St, Dorchester DT1 1UT. – Telephone: 01305 230050 throughout the week and we welcome anyone to come in to add some pedal power!

The challenge is to raise £5,000 and clock up 2,500 miles. Yeovil branch are currently leading the challenge having raised the staggering sum of £1517.04. However, the bike continues its journey from Dorchester to Poole and then on to Maidenhead in Berkshire and then Swindon in Wiltshire. Which branch will achieve the highest miles and highest donations collected? It’s all to play for! Watch this space!!!!
