• Stable Shifts - Rotating pattern (6am-2pm Mon-Fri / 2pm-12am Mon-Thurs)

Your Role:

• Set and operate CNC turning machines to manufacture precision-engineered components
• Programme or partially programme CNC machines as needed
• Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments for optimal output
• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workspace
• Collaborate closely with production teams to achieve performance targets

What We're Looking For:

•  Previous experience as a CNC Setter or Programmer, this is not just an operator role and you must be able to Set or Programme Citizen machines
•  Ability to set CNC machines to tight tolerances
•  A strong track record in a similar role
