Job Description

Production Operative, £27,146 per annum, 37.5 hours per week, great benefits, Monday to Friday 6am - 2:10pm, Permanent, near South Petherton.

We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Production Operative to join one of the leading employers in the region. As a Production Operative, you will play a vital role in the production process and work closely with the team to achieve the best results. Your responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring all products meet the highest quality standards and required specifications.
• Reading and comprehending manufacturing instructions accurately and using the in-house IT system.
• Ensuring production lines run at full capacity while maintaining quality standards.
• Taking prompt action to address faults and identify issues.

We are looking for an experienced Production Operative with a background in a busy production environment. The ideal candidate will have:

• Excellent IT skills, particularly with MS Packages.
• Prior experience in manufacturing or production.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• An interest in machinery and troubleshooting.
