Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC turning machines to manufacture high-precision components
• Programme or partially programme CNC machines as required
• Monitor machine performance and adjust settings to optimise output
• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient working environment
• Collaborate closely with production teams to achieve performance targets

Essential Requirements:

• Proven experience as a CNC Setter or Programmer
• Ability to set CNC machines to exacting tolerances
• Experience with Citizen machines is essential
• Reliable background in precision engineering
• A positive attitude and enthusiasm to embrace a new challenge
