• Salary: Up to £40,000, depending on experience
• Contract Role with long-term potential
• Monday to Friday Shifts – Enjoy your weekends:
• Early shift: 6am–2pm (Mon–Fri)
• Late shift: 2pm–12am (Mon–Thurs)
• Join a well-established and growing engineering team

Your Responsibilities:

• Set and operate CNC turning machines
• Program or partially program machines as needed
• Ensure precision and quality across all components
• Adjust settings for optimal performance and efficiency
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Work collaboratively with production teams to meet targets

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a CNC Programmer
• Confident setting CNC machines to tight tolerances
• Strong background in precision engineering or a similar field

To be considered for the top end of the salary range, candidates will need to demonstrate relevant experience and performance during the interview process.
