Employment Type: Permanent

Location: Crewkerne

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 38 hours

Salary: £31,000 + Excellent Benefits

Our client, a renowned global manufacturer of bespoke electrical goods for harsh environments, is seeking a highly skilled SHEQ Coordinator to join their Quality team. As the SHEQ Coordinator, you will be responsible for maintaining exceptional standards of Safety, Health, Environmental, and Quality performance. 

The role of SHEQ Coordinator is critical to the success of our business, and your responsibilities will include:

• Promoting a culture of safety through effective communication, campaigns, and safety meetings
• Monitoring and reporting on SHEQ performance, identifying areas for improvement
• Conducting routine safety inspections of facilities, equipment, and working practises
• Performing risk assessments to identify potential hazards
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and documentation

To be considered for this role, you must have:

• IOSH Working Safely certification or equivalent
• Previous experience in a SHEQ or similar role
• Knowledge of SHE regulations and standards
