Our client is an awarding winning manufacture and a market leader within their sector. And are currently looking to recruit an HR manager to manage the UK arm of their business.
Ideally attained, or soon to complete, full member status of the Institute of Personnel and Development (MCIPD)-Evidence that confirms the individual has a good track record, in a fast moving commercial organisation, of driving employee development activities and promoting HR best practises, through the successful implementation of a range of HR policies and procedures.-Experience of providing HR support to staff on a multi-site / international basis would be a distinct advantage.-Evidence that confirms the individual has successfully managed a small HR team of people - providing a generalist HR support service to a business.
Ensure business managers in the UK businesses, receive a comprehensive range of HR related and employee specific information and data, which maybe generated both internally (e.g. staff turnover, attendance statistics) and externally (e.g. pay & benefits benchmarking)-Maintain appropriate databases and filing/records for the secure storage and analysis of key HR and payroll/benefits data for all UK employees.-Develop, implement and maintain career development and training programmes that ensure UK future skill requirements are meet internally as much as possible.-Design, implement and maintain UK employee intranet site for employee communication with self-service procedures.-Ensure all appropriate compliance activities are undertaken in a timely manner.
