The three people who founded
Smart Group Recruitment Solutions still work within the business
today.
The success and exceptional growth Smart has enjoyed since
1999 can be attributed to each of the partners taking on specific
remits within the business. In practice this means a sharing of Key
responsibilities between the three Directors and specifically the
achievement of more time dedicated to providing quality services
than perhaps could be realised by a single owner manager.

Helen Stacey
Helen started her career in recruitment with a national agency
in 1988, providing many companies in Dorset with temporary
industrial and commercial staff - many of who still use Smart
Recruitment today. Helens role with Smart has recently changed
and she has now become the official "face of Smart".
Her primary role is PR, networking and undertaking service
reviews with Smart's top customers. This enables a "multi
- tiered" relationship with customers meaning that partnerships
are more strategic and pro-active than ever before.' She is
well respected amongst the local business community for her
enthusiasm for life, professionalism and knowledge of all things
recruitment related. |

David Nichols
Dave has over 20 years experience within the recruitment industry
with a vast knowledge of various disciplines including technical
and industrial contract staff, sales and marketing professionals
and finance & banking personnel. Dave's role, along with
Rachel House, is to lead and manage the operations side of
the business. Together, they motivate, manage and coach the
whole team to success through one to one coaching, group training
and being 'out on the road' with the consultants. Dave prides
himself on knowing his customers' businesses - meaning he can
provide an efficient recruitment solution. |

Paul Lovesy
Paul provides and manages the support and infrastructure
services to all of the Smart Branches enabling the Smart
Team to provide consistent, quality services to candidates
and clients alike. Paul's remit also covers strategic and
long term business planning.
Paul's background and skill base is firmly within the service
sector and although his current role is not a sales facing
role his experience includes;
General Manager - Impression Yachts
General Manager - FMCG (National Press Division)
Sales Director - TPS (Merchandising, Tactical and 3rd party sales forces)
Sales Manager - Ocean World
Sponsorship Manager - Indoor Cricket Arenas |

Rachel Rendell
Graduating from Southampton in 1996 with a BA (hons) in
Human Resource Management Rachel immediately started
her career with a national recruitment agency. Working
in various roles her final position was in a training
capacity in their Head office in London. After relocating
back to Dorset Rachel started work for Smart Group Recruitment
in October 2001 as the commercial consultant for the
Dorchester Office. Rachel was made a Manager in 2002
and moved to a recruitment & training role in 2005.
Most recently Rachel has been made an Associate Director
and manages the operational side of the business with David
Nichols. Rachel brings 10 years of experience in various
roles to the business along with 5 years within Smart Group
Recruitment Solutions.
