Job Description

Do you have a Passion for Sales and Marketing?  Can you demonstrate a very organised way of working??  Do you have a good grasp of social media and digital technology??   then we want to hear from you!!!

This is an exciting opportunity for an organised Administrator, to join a thriving and busy Estate Agent based in Sherborne, who have been operating in the area since 1938 and are a well regarded firm with an excellent track record and reputation, built on quality service and results.

You will be mainly office based,  Monday to Friday 8.45am to 5.30pm but occasionally you may be needed to work an hour or two at the weekends.

Driving Licence and professional appearance essential, as you may be required to carry out viewings.

As the ideal candidate you will be highly organised, have excellent administration and It skills, a passion for sales and marketing and have a good grasp of social media and digital technology plus the ability to pick up new software systems with relative ease.

Whilst not essential, some industry experience would be advantageous, as sales progression and responding to property related enquires from buyers,vendors,and solicitors can be a significant part of the role.

Salary:  £18,000 to £20,000 per annum depending on experience.

Full time Permanent Role.
