Smart recruitment is currently recruiting on behalf of a professional accountancy firm located in Somerset. We are currently assisting them to recruit a full time Financial Secretary to work as part of their professional and friendly finance support team to assist the consultants on a daily basis.

You will be responsible for the following:


  • Assisting consultants on a daily basis
  • Banking duties
  • General reception cover
  • Audio typing
  • Administrative tasks
  • Support of other team members

Your skills and experience:


  • Secretarial experience
  • Audio Typing skills up to 60WPM
  • IT literate including Microsoft Excel
  • Exceptional organisation and communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Customer service experience
