Job Description
We have a fantastic opportunity to make a difference, working for a major public sector employer in Dorchester. If you are an experienced Administrator with exceptional customer service skills then this is the role for you.
£9.10 per hour, Mon to Fri, Part time or Full time hours (22.5 hours or 37.5 hours), based in Dorchester in friendly modern offices.
As a key player within the team you will be coordinating and administering the processes for funded and continuing health care applications, subsequent eligibility status whilst ensuring that all the required information is accurately recorded.
You will be expected to receive & process applications, Deal with day to day enquires in a polite and friendly manor, Provide positive and responsive first point of contact to all. Whilst dealing with highly sensitive and personal information you will need to be able to handle situations in a professional manner.
As the ideal candidate you will need to have excellent Administration and Data Entry skills, great Customer Service Skills and the ability to interact with people at all levels.
