Job Description
An excellent opportunity has arisen to join a very busy and successful business in Slough.

The role will be demanding and will require a very special individual who is prepared to turn their hand to a variety of tasks. The role will involve talking to councils regarding jobs to be carried out, logging the jobs and speaking directly to members of the public.

Managing enquiries

Inputting information onto the database and raising invoices

Expediting jobs through to a satisfactory conclusion

Supporting the management with car and van fleet and managing any issues or repairs

Preparing training materials and pulling together information for meetings

Assisting with the setting up of new contractors onto the system

Tracking jobs and recording hours worked from job sheets and inputting data

General administration

You will have a good knowledge of word, excel and outlook and able to turn your hand to using an in-house database.

There will be a lot of coming and going in the office with technicians so able to focus amongst noise and disturbances is a skill that will be required!
