Job Description

Sales Administrator urgently required for our client based in Cricket ST Thomas

This is a full time temporary role offering an excellent salary

The post holder must have the following: -
• General office duties experience
• Excellent client liaison skills
• Experience and working knowledge of Sage
• Fully conversant with Microsoft packages
• Excellent communication skills : verbal and written.
• Ability to prioritise and multi-task
• Efficient and punctual
• Professional and friendly approached
• Ability to work on own initiative
• Flexibility in accordance with Company requirements whilst exhibiting a ‘can do attitude.

Duties will include:

  • Maintaining Customer relationships
  • Tender returns and quoting
  • New supplier set-up
  • Resolution of customer and supplier queries, including replacements/repairs
  • Working with London based sales team
  • Maintain sales order schedule
  • Sales and purchase order and invoicing reporting
  • Liaising with purchasing and logistics to ensure all orders are going out on time
  • Implement all aspects of ISO9001
  • Monitoring and administering sales, quality and purchase related reports
  • Comply with all health and safety requirements
