I have found that the Smart group have been very attentive towards our needs as a company as we have continued to grow over the last year.

They understand how our business works and supply staff accordingly. We deal with many different agencies and the Smart group stand out from the crowd.

Communication is straightforward and clear and the level of potential candidates far outweighs other agencies in the same field.

We currently have 6 agency staff in our production facility 4 of which arerecruited from Smart.
