I am writing to say thank you for your assistance over the last year in providing excellent temporary admin staff, particularly Gill Franche and Lisa Spracklen, on occasion at short notice. You also provided temporary labour on our construction sites and on the whole this service proved useful.

I particularly appreciated your openness and flexibility in negotiating a special arrangement for our temporary receptionist during the summer.

Any issues or concerns we did have were dealt with promptly, effectively and without the defensive attitude that seems to be commonplace in many other companies.

On a personal note, I am grateful to your office for their help in placing me with X, within days of submitting my CV. I have been here since the beginning of March 2008 and continue to be very happy in post, working with a great team.
