I am writing in regards to my dealings with Smart Recruitment and particularly Joy Burmeister.

I have been dealing with this Company for well over 2 years now, there are a number of reasons why we prefer dealing with Smart, compared to other similar agencies:

• Joys understanding of X, the different Departments, and the different personalities that will fit into each Department.
• The speed of finding the appropriate temp to fit the bill.
• A 'non-pushy' (understands my time constraints), friendly approach to dealing with myself and my colleagues.
• Honesty, in the few situations where Smart didn't have any body on their books that fitted the requested criteria, they have always told us in good time, so we can seek somebody elsewhere.
• If there ever is a problem with one of the temps not coming up to the required standard, this is always dealt with promptly and thankfully Joy will break the news to them, so that me or their Line Manager doesn't have to get involved.

Altogether, I found that Joy has an extremely professional approach to her work, we have always had a very reliable service from Smart, and because of this they have become our preferred supplier of Temporary Staff.
