I am writing to thank Smart Recruitment for their unprecedented level of service over the last two to three years. I have used Smart Recruitment for all my temporary grounds maintenance requirements over this period. As an in-house contract department it is essential that the staff recruited are able to carry out the work in an efficient and organised manner to ensure that the contracts meet the requirements of both the clients and the budgets. They have provided me with a wide range of staff from general labourers to experienced personnel who have had a broad base of experience from other works that they have been involved in, Smart Recruitment thoroughly vet and interview all of the staff that have been supplied.

The team at Smart are always willing to go that extra mile, managing to fill a vacancy last thing at night or first thing in the morning. They are even on call if I have problems out of office hours. If problems or queries arise they are dealt with in quick an efficient manner and any problems with staff are dealt with in the same manner.

On a personal note I have delat with Tina over the last eight years, in my previous position she supplied me with beach cleaners for the Poole beaches and her level of service was so good that she maintained the contract for six years in a row, despite stiff competition! In short, Tina and her team are a cut above the competition and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to any other potential employers in the area and are one of the chosen companies who are contracted to supply staff to Poole Borough Council, through selective tendering.
